Trampoline parks seem to be all the rage these days. Just ten years ago, there were only three of the bouncy attractions in the U.S. Today, you can find hundreds across the country and a few favorites right here in Reno/Tahoe. EZ Air Sports located in south Reno has a whole slew of trampolines, jump games and indoor laser tag. And, Reno’s Fly High Adventure Parks pairs launch pads and sports for extreme fun. If you’re looking for a whole lot of bounce houses, make your way to Jump Man Jump in Sparks with the kiddos for some serious inflatable play yards.  ezairsports.com; flyhightrampolinepark.com; jumpmanjump.com

Head intoWoodward Tahoe’s indoor facility in Soda Springs. Dubbed “The Bunker,” this jumping mecca is filled with skateparks, foam pits, trampolines, a state-of-the-art Digital Media Lab and more. This place is great to practice your tricks before taking on the snowy terrain parks dotting many ski hills around Lake Tahoe. campwoodward.com
