January 24 – 27:
Eagles & Agriculture, Carson Valley
Calling all nature lovers, photographers and birders! Visit Carson Valley for an opportunity to see an influx of bald eagles, hawks and other birds of prey during the winter calving season. February 9 – April 13:
Last Tracks Wine & Beer Event, Diamond Peak, Incline Village
Take the last chairlift up (at 4:10 p.m.) to Snowflake Lodge for beer or wine tastings and appetizers then enjoy a freshly groomed mountain and the beautiful sunset as you ski/snowboard down the hill. This event takes place every Saturday (excluding February16). diamondpeak.com  

February 15 and March 15:
Moonlight Snowshoe Hikes, Diamond Peak Ski Resort, Incline Village

February 16 – 24:
Alpenglow Mountain Festival, 
North Lake Tahoe
The Alpenglow Mountain Festival has over 75 individual events and is almost entirely free. This nine-day event showcases activities such as backcountry skiing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, yoga, live music, educational workshops and more. alpenglowsports.com

February 22 – 24:
33rdAnnual Shooting Weekend, Carson Valley Inn, Minden
Join us for fun weekend in the Carson Valley. At this shooting weekend, you can win up to $2,000 in cash prizes, belt buckles for class winners, shirts and raffles too! March 17:

Every 3rdSaturday:
Reno Wine Walk, Downtown Reno
Join the Reno Wine Walk every third Saturday of every month from 2 to 5 p.m. All of the places are within walking distance. Grab your friends, pay $20 for a wine tasting ticket and you’ll receive a wine glass and a wristband that allows you to sample wine at all participating businesses. renoriver.org 

Every 4thSaturday:
Reno Beer Crawl, Downtown Reno
Throughout downtown Reno, every fourth Saturday of the month, you can walk or “crawl” to all of the participating bars in the Reno Beer Crawl. For just $5, you get a wristband, map and glass to use for $1 refills of six-ounce samples, which adds up to a half beer!
