  • Some of the best restaurants Reno NV has to offer you are the ones that have stood the test of time. Louis’ Basque Corner, which was opened in 1967 by Louis and Lorraine Erreguible, emigrants from Mauleon, Basses Pyrenees, France, is a Reno tradition the locals love.

Today, owners Chris Shanks and Brian Elcano carry on that tradition of providing delicious Basque food to locals and visitors alike. Whether you stop in for lunch, dinner or to belly up to the bar you won’t leave disappointed. They’re considered “Reno’s MOST unique experience!” Stop by for a traditional Basque lunch or dinner which includes soup of the day, French bread, Basque beans, salad, French fries, and entrée and a complementary glass of wine or soft drink.

They have delicious entrees such as the 10 oz. top sirloin steak, lamb chops, roast leg of lamb, sweetbreads, and of course their daily specials. Just ask your server about those. Don’t forget to try their signature Picon Punch cocktail!
